Delivery Estimates
We take great care in providing you the freshest coffee possible. Therefore, our shipments are generally roast to order. Depending on when you place your order in our weekly roasting schedule will determine how quickly we can ship your order. Orders will be shipped typically within 7 business days (occasionally longer during Holidays and peak times). Ship to delivery is generally 5-8 business days. We do not offer expedited shipping as it only serves to cause false expectation. The total time to delivery allows our coffee time to naturally release excess carbon dioxide. The result is coffee arriving to you right at the peak of flavor.    

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. As each shipment is roast to order, please allow up to 7 business day for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order after 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@moliorcoffee.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
